Laurilea "Elle" McDaniel
EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
Laurilea “Elle” McDaniel is excited to lead Front Range Theatre Company as Executive Director. She brings a strong background in theatre, dance, visual art, and education, and has spent many years working with students of all ages—from kindergarten through college. Elle studied Theatre, Journalism, and Education as an undergraduate, and also holds graduate degrees in Curriculum & Instruction and Educational Leadership. At the heart of Elle’s work is a simple but powerful belief: everyone has a story to tell. She believes that through the arts, people find the confidence and courage to share their stories—and that those stories have the power to connect and inspire others. Elle has been recognized for her dedication to the arts and is known for creating welcoming, creative spaces where people feel supported and encouraged to express themselves. She loves musical theatre, traveling, discovering local coffee shops, paddleboarding, and getting lost in a good book. She’s passionate about building a theatre community where everyone feels valued, heard, and part of something meaningful.

Ty Eatherton
ARTISTIC DIRECTOR/PRODUCER
Ty Eatherton started teaching in 2018 and was a middle-school theatre educator until making the big leap to Lakewood High School in Jefferson County. He is an established educator and director in the Colorado theatre scene, including residencies at the Arvada Center for the Arts and Denver Center of Performing Arts. With a B.A. and M.A. in Theatre Eduction from the University of Northern Colorado, Ty continues to explore opportunities to promote collaboration and creativity, and above all, push students to continually create and explore with the arts.

Kayla McQuigg
TECHNICAL DIRECTOR
Kayla has been with Front Range Theatre Company since 2021. Kayla has been involved in technical theatre for over 20 years. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Communications with a dual emphasis in film studies and communication from Western State Colorado University and a Master's degree in Arts Leadership and Cultural Management from Colorado State University. She has worked on over 50 theatrical productions varying from youth to community theatre.

Beth Noone
COMMUNICATIONS DIRECTOR
Beth has been a part of Front Range Theatre Company since 2016, when she first joined as a camper. After spending years performing on stage, she realized she loved being part of the creative process just as much behind the scenes. She graduated from CU Boulder with a degree in advertising with a minor in business, and now enjoys using those skills to support the theater community that has meant so much to her. For her, the best part of each season is watching all the hard work and fun up on stage.

Collin Sinclair
MUSIC DIRECTOR
Collin Sinclair is a passionate music director with over 75 production credits throughout the Denver metro area. After discovering piano at age 13, he fell in love with musical theater and collaborative performance. Beyond his work with Front Range Theater Company, Collin collaborates with CU Boulder's BMMT program and StageDoor Theater in Conifer, among others. A University of Colorado Boulder graduate, he balances his musical career with work as a software engineer and enjoys outdoor adventures in his free time. Collin lives in Denver with his partner Gabby and their son, Jupiter (who is a cat).

Kiera Sweeney
CHOREOGRAPHER
Kiera has been part of Front Range Theatre Company since she was in high school and is proud to be one of its founding staff members. Over the years, Kiera has worked as a choreographer and director, sharing her passion for theatre and dance with young performers. Kiera studied Theatre Education and Dance at the University of Northern Colorado and has dedicated her life to fostering the next generation of artists. She is also a middle school drama teacher, where she loves helping students build confidence, creativity, and a love for the performing arts. When Kiera is not doing theatre, you can find her teaching fitness classes, cooking or baking, hiking, reading, or spending time with her family and friends. She is grateful to be part of a company that provides a creative home for young performers and can’t wait to help bring more stories to life on stage.

Red Rosen
STAGE MANAGER/DIRECTOR/SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGER
Red joined FRTC in 2021 and feels incredibly grateful to be working with such an amazing staff once again. Her love for theatre began in elementary school and blossomed into a lifelong passion. With a Bachelor's Degree in Theatre Education and a Master's Degree in Social Emotional Learning, she has fulfilled her dream of teaching middle school theatre in Colorado. Beyond teaching and directing, Red finds joy in reading, spending time with her husband Ben, and playing with her dogs Olive and Ivy. She is excited to continue sharing her love of theatre and inspiring the next generation of performers.

Delaney Sweeney
CHOREOGRAPHER
Delaney began her journey at FRTC as a camper, where she developed a deep passion for dance and performance. She later volunteered with the organization, gaining valuable experience and further developing her skills. In 2021, Delaney transitioned into the role of choreographer, where she has continued to inspire and create energetic performances. Her progression from camper to choreographer highlights her dedication, growth, and love for the art of dance. Delaney loves working with kids and always strives to create a positive, encouraging environment for everyone involved!

Lexi Schubert
ASSISTANT TECHNICAL DIRECTOR
Lexi has been with FRTC since 2021, starting as a camper and is now the Assistant Technical Director. She is currently a Sound Design student at UNCSA and was a past Mountain Vista student. She is super excited to continue her journey with Front Range and help make wonderful shows happen!

Barb Dignan
DIRECTOR LIBRARY THEATRE EVENTS/COSTUMER/CONCESSIONS HEAD
Barb directs students in several theatre events with Douglas County Libraries throughout the year. She is the director of Classics on Stage, an adult theatre program. Barb is a costumer for FRTC’s summer theatre camps. She has been with FRTC for ten years. Prior to that she was the theatre teacher at Highlands Ranch High School.

Evette Srouji
STAGE MANAGER
Evette is so excited to be back at FRTC as a stage manager! She’s a theatre educator and professional theatre artist based in Colorado. During the year, she works with the Colorado Shakespeare Festival in both educational and retail roles. Evette loves getting to spend her time making theatre with young artists and can’t wait for another awesome summer at FRTC!

Ben Rosen
GRAPHIC DESIGNER
Ben Rosen is a high school Theatre Teacher and Director in Colorado. Throughout the school year, Ben directs multiple plays throughout the school year as well as the musical production every spring. Ben specializes in graphic design for theatre, making scenic projections, programs, posters, social media graphics, and more. While not working, Ben loves to spend time with his wife, Red, and his dogs Olive and Ivy!

Holly Haverkorn
PAGE TO STAGE DIRECTOR
Holly Haverkorn is a multifaceted professional based in Colorado Springs, Colorado, with extensive experience in theater education, mentorship, and performance. She earned her Bachelor of Arts in Theatre with an emphasis in Directing from Lindenwood University. Holly dedicated 16 years to leading the theater program at Mitchell High School in Colorado Springs, where she was recognized as a 2021 Colorado Teacher of the Year Finalist and received the Colorado Thespian 2020 High School Educator of the Year award. Currently, Holly serves as a Theatre Mentor at the Colorado Springs Conservatory and an Educational Outreach Coordinator for Front Range Theatre Company. She is also the founder and Executive Director of Consent Center Stage, a non-profit organization dedicated to educating youth in touch-centered arts disciplines about consent and safety. In addition to her educational and mentorship roles, Holly co-hosts the podcast “We’re All Fine” with Carley Crowder. The podcast addresses contemporary social topics such as adult friendships, dating experiences, and interpersonal challenges, offering listeners humor and unsolicited advice. Holly is also an audiobook narrator, lending her voice to works like “The Gift of Anxiety” by Diante Fuchs, “The Hilarious Truth about Parenting, Children and Relationships” by Avery Finch, and “Classroom Management for the Novice” by Colleena Frazier Ed. Beyond her professional endeavors, Holly is a devoted wife and mother to two children, both of whom are emerging performing artists.

Zoë Augustine
ASSISTANT COSTUMER
Hi, I'm Zoë! I am excited to be working with Front Range Theater Company as the Assistant Costumer. Currently studying for an Art Degree at the Community College of Denver, I'll be using the skills I've learned to provide a creative and fruitful environment for all the camp-goers! On my own time, I enjoy painting, thrifting, and running around Denver.
