Join us next summer summer for an unforgettable musical experience inspired by the iconic “Mean Girls”! Dive into the world of high school drama, friendship, and humor as we bring the hit Broadway sensation to life on stage at our exclusive summer camp.
“Mean Girls: The Musical” takes you on a hilarious and heartwarming journey through the ups and downs of teenage life. Follow the story of Cady Heron, a newcomer to the tumultuous halls of North Shore High School, as she navigates the treacherous waters of teenage cliques, gossip, and the infamous Plastics. Our summer camp offers aspiring young performers the chance to sing, dance, and act alongside talented instructors who have a passion for both theater and mentoring. Develop your acting chops, refine your vocal skills, and perfect your dance moves as you reenact iconic scenes and musical numbers from the show. “Mean Girls: The Musical” summer camp is the perfect opportunity to build confidence, make lifelong friendships, and create unforgettable memories. Get ready to unleash your inner Plastics or join the Mathletes – the choice is yours! Please note, Mean Girls will be our Front Range Theatre Company’s advanced conservatory program for interested high school students (outgoing 9th to outgoing 12th) who are looking to pursue Musical Theatre at the collegiate and professional levels.
Auditions: Unlike years past, auditions for Mean Girls will take place in March (Date TBD). Students will need to prepare a 24-32 measure cut of a musical theatre or pop song in the style of the show. Auditioning does not guarantee a spot in the show. There will be a callback that evening for specific students. Cast List / Registration: Following the success of auditions, a cast list and registration code will go out to the select students that are cast. Not until cast will students/parents register. Those who were not casted will also be notified at this time and are encouraged to register/audition for Matilda. More information regarding specific dates will go out this fall.
